Vanessa Shaw-Finelli was a forty-four year old Faux-Finish Artist living a happy, busy life with her Publisher husband, Neal.

Then, the Monday afternoon of June 15th, 1998, changed their lives forever.

This book is written from the heart to honor her sister Rebecca, who chose to commit the horror of suicide, leaving her family and friends stunned and deeply grieving.

After picking up the pieces and gradually coping with life again, Vanessa felt led to put her story, "LOSING REBECCA,'' on paper, including means of hope to regain life and strength to move on. She also writes of many ways to help the depressed, young and old, and in so doing, hopes to help prevent suicide.
